Some have wondered if China is just saying they'll use CDMA to get into the WTO. I wouldn't doubt it. They did this last time. The fact that China uses linux and tries not to use Microsoft is a testimony to how strong they don't want to rely on American technology. I don't know if they are still pushing linux over Windows, but if this is true, we might never see CDMA used in China. However, another reason for not using Windows is that they feel we can hack their systems. iw.thomsoninvest.net Also, most of the volume is non I-watch. Whatever that is.. Does anyone think this rally is real or fake? There seems to be some good news & lots of volume, however, institutional investors aren't buying.
