Sorry I didn't introduce myself first...been a long time lurker and GNET long. I've enjoyed the GNET ride so far and look forward to the combined GNET/INSP powerhouse.

I also appreciate all the good info presented here...

Cheers -100gees

summary of ATT guest speaker (named Andy) talk

1. 100,000 signed up for pocketnet

2. as already stated signed up for infospace promotions module

3. highlighting certain sites like yahoo and aol for a price

4. claimed assess to only certain web sites for mail not including infospace product but then said you could plug in bookmark to any website so probably you could get your email no matter its location

5. have a game from non infospace source called alien fish which is getting lots of hits

6. most significantly stated they are developing a product for one click commerce called "e wallet" that was not an infospace product......I have a feeling infospace is asking for too much of the pie in this module

then the AA came on and did another demo showing off the tech"know"ology of gsp locators using a voice activated phone to find a place to eat....he says gsp locators should be built in to all new phones very soon
