Zeev, IF it was November I`d be more confident that a bottom might be in place. Since it`s still September, I`ll treat this as an oversold bounce. All the concerns that were in the market yesterday are still there today.

Still cautious.

Volatility is still very low at 11, compared to the VIX at 22. The low level is more comparable to last August's low in the market, which is preceded a series of swing highs and lows till the October low. Volatility peaked at the October low.

I have a buy signal on the Nasdaq at close yesterday due to Stoch cross and improving Volume Accumulation, along with a high percentage (82%) of buy signals. The Nasdaq still has downtrendline at 3900 to overcome.
