The EURO has to be a concern, but I don't think that is the overall problem. It appears Brown is pushing security and trying to make a name for himself worldwide. Is this his protection as a step to leaving the company? I don't think he is the man to turn things around. Was he hired to be the ax man for a few years?

Operating margin is the big problem and must be turned around. My resources gave the indicating everything has been put aside to prepare for performance reviews. Management doesn't want to talk about projects because they are behind in getting everything ready for the great review process. Are the Resources tried of changing review processes every other year? Is there more attention place on internal business rather than getting the projects out? Does the customer run the projects more than EDS people? Is management afraid to tell the customer the correct way to run the projects? Does the customer request to reduce staff so they don't have to pay more than the contract calls for. Is revenue reduced because of this?

I don't think this QTR is going to be as good as Brown stated unless he goes into the 4th QTR to pump up the 3rd. QTR. Is Brown the person to turn EDS around ???????

I just want him to get the stock price up to 71 and then I'm out of here except to short the stock. Is the real question with EDS the sales people only wanting commission and not the good of EDS or management moving around so they are not responsible for the mess they leave? Are 1st. line managers reduced to just paper movers and not allowed to run projects the way they know how? I could go on and on, I get a ear full every time I have lunch with folks that think EDS management is a joke. I have called friends who I know in Detroit and Dallas and they all say the same thing. My investment for long term growth has been disappointing and I need to get out of this company as soon as I can without taking a loss.

Sorry to dump on you, but the future doesn't look good if I listen to my resources.
