GUs, Am really glad that I got a little sick of the roller coaster last year and went for a few pillars. Today is nice, but lots of ears and eyes will be focused now for this talk, which will be next week.

The message may be getting heard by more people with $$ to invest. I'd like some of those optics companies valuations

Storage + Optical Networking = The Content Big Bang

Be sure to catch CEO Mike Ruettgers' keynote address at NetWorld + Interop 2000 in Atlanta, GA. The speech will be webcast live on EMC.com Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
During his keynote, titled "Storage + Optical Networking = The Content Big Bang," Ruettgers will discuss how the interlocking of storage and bandwidth will cause an explosive expansion in the amount of information generated. As more information is stored, access to that information will create increased demand for bandwidth. And the more bandwidth that's available, the more people will create and move information, the more storage they will need.

Return to EMC.com the following day -- Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. -- to participate in an online interactive chat with Jim Rothnie, EMC's senior vice president of product management. Log on for real-time answers to your questions about storage and optical networking.

Gus,
Since EMC is 50% of my portfolio I would be willing to pay for your comments. You are nice enough to take your time and post them here and for that I thank you.
Don't you ever turn bearish. If you ever do I am out.
