I telephoned the U.S. Weather Service the other day and I spoke to one of the clerks who answered the phone... I asked the clerk if their forecast is accurate and the guy told me it was... so, I believe him... don't you.....<g> Putting that aside, it really doesn't matter what the reality is, it's the perception that makes the oil markets rally.... so why confuse anyone with the facts.....<g> just remember, as I always say, in confusion there's a profit to be made.....<g> GZ
