Well, it's kind of a low, but not the low... it is a bottom of sorts, but not the bottom bottom, or even the bottom of bottoms, or even the mother of all bottoms... but, I actually think it may be the low of the bottom, but not the bottom of the low... it's probably just a low bottom rather than a lo-botomy, you see?
