oh, i'm not saying it's not a good deal for Williams. and, conversely, it's likely not a bad thing for CWNT, in that they'll likely be selling equipment to Williams. think about it... for Williams, if the valuation of CWNT increases enough, it could literally pay for any equipment purchases they make from CWNT!!! i'd be willing to bet that's largely the case with their purchase/subsequent sale of SCMR.... but that's a difficult ponzi scheme to complete over and over....
