Tony: re; enthusiastic MSFT supporter named johnd, I'd like to meet him.. and express my view to him that MSFT hasnt raised my opinion of their products any after all the extra hassle it has taken to get Windows ME to work on my system <grumble> As for RMBS and you not being interested in it. .would it be fair to say Intel is split on its merits and whether or not to push it or not... We keep hearing reports/whispers/rumours on the hardware sites how Intel's management and techies and engineers have split into pro-Rambus and anti-Rambus factions How does the Intel investor thread feel about it? I dont venture too often in there (I dont wish to be accused of stirring up the pot by posting my pro-AMD articles in there.. :) ) Other then seeing Paul in here exalt about it and Elmer grouse about Intel making a mistake in pushing it.. I wondered what the general view on it was.
