Iman - MRVC is a soup at the message boards.

But here some links:
History and reactions to the Barron's article:
messages.yahoo.com
linking, among others, to a response "received frim IR" (This is Yhoo, so, double check)
linking to the "Offical response" (As I alreday said: he said that he said...caution)

messages.yahoo.com
messages.yahoo.com

and last, a last, something I believe credible:
netstocks.com

I formerly made some errors in valuing a company on the sum of it's parts (CMGI), but I still value MRVC (compared to peers) at about $5-6 bil. ($80-100 a share).

Now, if LMNE prices somewhere in the $30 when issued, this would add another $15 to MRVC's value.

This method of valuation hea proven wrong with CMGI and COMS, but works well for METHA.

IPO market and Nasdaq helping, naturally.

This is not a recommendation to buy MRVC. Disclosure: I own MRVC shares.
