Jetter: The answer is Bear got $5 mil up front and a percentage of the subsequent $100 mil sales. This is a great 'win' for them - no risk. As for G*, they set the parameters of the placement. Nice cash reserve - Pay 5 to get 100ish. I like that math. (This all assumes that there will be someone out there to buy the stock at some date in the future :-) Jeff Vayda
