Add to the ICGX debacle great uncertainty about what LMG's role will be in the T re-structuring, and that explains the cheap 18 price. Cable and telephony assets are in the crapper now, and that is where LMG is perceived. But LMG is really about content. Perhaps Malone's magic, and all his deals, are wearing thin in wall street perception
