I don't think so..... or atleast the market hasn't shown that the yesterday's rally is real deal. There is still too much optimism all around.

On a side note... has anyone talked to individual investor groups lately ? I spoke last week with two groups (who have beaten the market successfully for the last 6 years) and they are actually pulling the money out....I was curious about their decision and asked why they are doing such a thing. They said they went back to their stock selection criteria (PEG based) and polled the members if their holding drops in value by 33% or more would they buy them back and the answer was a big NO. So, they wanted to just pay the long term tax and stay away from market for couple of years enjoying the wonderful gain they had made in the market.
