Yogi, I use the classic interface, not the new one. There is no ignore button. I wouldn't use one if there was. Dozens of complaints is a figure of speech, not a literal value. You mentioned to me on another thread that you were trying to be noticed with your system by Wall Street for a job. Your words, not mine. You can do what you want, but you should know that 7 complaints about the exact same thing is more than just 7 very normal people having a bad day or just being cranky. Steve
