Bob, LOL! Indeed, I was thinking that - and see my post below. If the information is true, and they did hire Robbie, then once again, the market knew ahead of time (witness yesterday's late day sudden buying spree). The only ones in the dark are, as always with NITE, the common shareholders - the wonderful tradition continues. Would it have been so bad to make a PR announcement? That's the usual behavior by other companies in such circumstances.

Discusses NITE and its valuation in the market. Hey, maybe he's behind the wall, not over it - or more likely he's "against the wall"<g3> (i.e. he's been pounding the table on NITE and the OLBs for so long with outsize price targets that haven't come true, that now he's against the wall, and it looks like only a buyout would bring him even within striking distance to his targets, LOL!).
