Unfortunately, they ship EFNT modems at BellSouth. WSTL is approved in the network, but when I called (acting like a potential customer), they told me that that they would recommend the EFNT external modem. I was dissapointed to hear that. Maybe, if they are ramping up, they will start experiencing same probs. with EFNT modems as BEL had.
