I tried your command in Find Files and had similar results. It's there though, just open a DOS window, type CD \WINDOWS\TEMPOR~1 to change to this directory. DIR will cause the contents to be listed.

To copy a file in DOS:

COPY SOURCE DESTINATION

To get rid of the new file

ERASE FILENAME

This should work.
