Climber, The number of 75 million over the next four years is part of their five year program. The number, 75 million, will be the same each year in their five year plan. They have followed the Russian strategy, with five year program planning. The annual per captia income is around $ 150 per year, in hard cash. The Chinese currency is not a free floating currency. Hardly the purchasing power to meet the 75 million number. I am long, but also been country and spent many years watching their economic expansion. A reality check, not a PR program . Dick
