Les, I think so, a bunch of US based brokers have been trying to put their hands on a piece of the trillion dollars in the Postal system in Japan. You do not need them to be very succesful, if they just garner 2%/5% of this, that could compensate for some of the outflows expected later next months. Furthermore, I am not sure that Summers is finished buying treasuries in the open market, that could inject just enough liquidity to delay any major decline until after the elections. (well, at least I was counting on him to do so (g).) Zeev
