John:

The reason TKLC went to $6 was because SS7 software
deployments are complex and time consuming. Many of
the service providers delayed deployment in 99
because of Y2k issue, resuming their purchases
in late 99 due to much greater wireless demand
than anticipated.

For the record, I bought at $7, sold at $45 for long
term capital gains. So, I am not hoping it goes
either up or down. TKLC is in one of the best
spots of the telecom equipment market and is unlikely
to be affected by any of the considerations you
are listing.

Good luck in trying to rewind the clock,

Bernard Levy

For the record, high on TKLC is 54 and change. It never hit 60.
