Six years and $52 million later, Independent Counsel Robert Ray today wrapped up the Whitewater investigation. Bottom line: Nothing to substantiate charges of any kind against either Bill or Hillary. This was nothing but a GOP witch-hunt from the get-go, just like the impeachment trial. Every day I find a new reason to justify changing my party registration from Republican to Democrat.
