Peace,

My comments are directed to the OVERALL market not just the NAZ. I did mention that the NAZ could still head up, but with the technical damage in the DOW today, I feel it will eventually bear down on the NAZ. If the NAZ does continue up without the DOW, thats just sector rotation which we have seen for the last 1 1/2 years, and if the past performance holds, then the result is a correction in the sector that went up. Keep in mind thats been the trend for the last 1 1/2 years.

So for me its not a question of if the NAZ will pull back, but just how high will it get, and I dont know. As I have mentioned previously I wont get less bearish unless the NDX breaks above 3850 and I wont get bullish until the more important HIGHER HIGH is formed above 4250 on the NDX.

To me, the technical damage done to the DOW is the KEY issue. I realise that many are mainly only playing HiTECH stocks and basicly ignore whats happening to the DOW. Maybe they are right that the DOW doesnt mean anything, but I dont hold that view.
