Comment: The recent astronomic increase in the price of oil appears to have a fairly significant dampening influence on any move to the upside...However, one can hope for a significant retracement for oil prices, in which case, the market could enter a lengthy upswing once again...Assuming a levelling off in oil prices as opposed to a decline, earnings will once again be the flavour of the day...and those companies producing favourable earnings will be well rewarded via price appreciation...I can hardly wait!!!
