Which will likely last right up until the next blowout earnings report. Not disputing your analysis, but such tendencies are not unique to this market at this time. <GG>

50 sma as resistance for compx/ndx

we are building a bottom, imo

at times, it is scary.. but as a position trader, i pick up stuff here and there cheap. (paying close to support levels for stop out)

i do realize vix is not "up there", but there are some good quality stocks that are down quite a bit from their highs.

and there are some good quality stocks like emc that hasn't even budged downward. (new highs today)

again, it's all about stock selection. (when is it not?) ggg
