Re 15 year old manipulator --- Apparently the SEC made the kid give them the profits, plus interest, of some of his trades, but not all of them. I really don't see the point of this, or how it can serve as an effective deterrant. If the kid violated the law, prosecute him and hit him with major penalties. If he didn't violate the law, leave him alone.
