Mike;
You are lucky you could reach Virgil. I have talked to him
in the past, and he answered what he could. He is hard to
reach, doesn't seem to be in the office much.
I have had a similar problem, trying to convert my restricted EBET stock. MSDW could not figure how to do it.
They held the stock for 6 months, and I kept asking my broker to exchange it. They gave up and mailed the Cert back
to me. I had to contact VGAM's publicist to find out who was
the transfer agent (National Stock Transfer in Utah)
I very much want to see the 10K and 10Q's to see if the
online casinos will be cash cows and just eek along.
How much are the salaries, Advertising and content charges
verses the revenue?

Virgil Williams is pitifully elusive so IMO you're lucky to have caught him on the phone. The April date sounds correct to me as one year is the normal hold period for this class of stock.

As a rule of thumb all restricted shares are to be held one year from the beneficial ownership date.
