**Mostly OT**
Tony, I think we are on to something here. I ate lunch with my son today in Battery Park and we had a great time but I didnt have decaf so I am wired. Another prediction--US and eurocrats will cut a deal to defend the euro while getting eurocrats off our case re: m&a.
I also read over someones shoulder on the train going home that in Israel there have been many cases of West nile virus being diagnosed. Do we smell Saddam? With the US starting to talk about renewed Iraqi aggressiveness in kuwait, could that be the pretence for military action against Iraq? Just like UFO's if you believe in them, the government may not trust citizens with the knowledge that someone might have used biological warfare against us. If that is the case I would expect that we are trying to take him out as we speak.
Now the whole board can see the effects of caffeine on one of its more paranoid posters. After the initial inevitable price jump in oil from military action in the region occurs, i would guess that our allies in opec will open up the spigots to prevent a crisis or we will use part of the reserve.
OK fellow threaders have at me.
