That's a nice markup for Dell, since there are 512 mb PC100 ECC registered DIMMS on pricewatch for <$500. Of course, if Dell sells a million of those $5800 2 gig rdram upgrades this year, that alone should give them about 70% of their revenue for the 4th quarter.
