Yes, but MSFT will kill MS Office, if it doesn't deliver it for Linux one day. And if they deliver MS Office for Linux, they will probably quickly bundle it with a Linux distribution, so that one CD installs both OS and Office suite.

This will result in a Microsoft Linux. First time I heard about it, I laughed. But when I look at the charts, there is no question where we are heading: Heterogeneous networks, heterogeneous data access devices and internet access devices (PCs, pocket PCs, thin clients etc.). In a heterogeneous world, MS Office has to run on different platforms to survive. Unless something revolutionary happens, Microsoft Linux will become a reality.
