yep...but similar to previous comparable periods the ultimate outcome will be the little guy disenchanted with the markets for 2 or 3 generations... and once the congressional hearings and investigations are done with, and life ain't good anymore even though a few scapegoats have been identified, he'll vote a socialistic statist meddler a la FDR into office...and individual freedom will be cut back further. of course i'm a cynic as per Greenspan's definition (cynic=someone voicing doubt over the new era and the productivity miracle)...that colors my outlook somewhat. :)
