Flap Trap, I've done my life's work. In the early years, it was manual in nature, such as plowing fields, scooping wheat, slopping hogs(you should appreciate that), tossing hay bales, etc. Then I went into factory work which began with sweeping the floors are 15 years of age, running wood working equipment, springing up, and upholstering, furniture. All this time, I never found it necessary to join some shady organization to advance myself, and work my way into management. The company I worked for, realized the importance, and worth, of the workers, and 6 union elections failed. When the business was sold in 1985, it had not operated a single day under unionization, nor was there ever a disgruntled employee. Since I began working in 1949, and worked until 1994, I decided that I had contributed enough to society in the work field, and have concentrated on helping anyone I found that needed, and deserved, it.

I eat quite well, and never needed a union contract to feed my family. ~H~
