A scooter! They are all the rage in Europe and I guess CA from what I hear. I think they have made their way here to WI in small numbers. I would suspect you have them in your area, but are blissfully unaware.

Bought myself an old (91) three cylender Geo yesterday .. rated at 49mpg .. Cost me $50 .. After about $500 in repairs I'll have another pizza-mobile!
