Bill, there's a new book out called either Strange Victory or Strange Defeat about the phony war and the Fall of France. I'll probably order it from Amazon in the next day or two. I've never been able to master Milton, although I've heard that Paradise Lost is some of the most beautiful prose in English. I got my sample, Sept Int. Mining Review by email from dwa today, and suggest that all interested parties request same. They were pretty clear in their cover that it is covered by copyright, so I won't cut and paste. My understanding from someone stupid, is that this report is preliminary and more detail is coming in Nov. To my cursory read, DWA's recommendation seemed a re-iteration of the basic mgt story of the last year; eg no independent analysis of the refinery, fine combed reading of Agra etc. Anyhow, still a positive in my view, as DWA lending their impramatur to the story of CMR mgt. Intel with bad news post NY close today. Tomorrow should be a blood bath for the techies.
