I called Sprint customer service today and
the "friendly voice on the other end" refused
to give me her name, would not connect me with
her supervisor and refused to take my credit card
number to pay my phone bill.

All I wanted to do is pay my bill.
I phoned back, waited again for a long time
and found "another friendly" voice to
take my credit card number.
