Dick, I did remember your previous post and I went back to retrieve it. I think it's also important to have the knowledge and skill of what one is looking for when they visit such sites. I would become too frustrated in a time consuming search. In your previous post you mentioned the weak political structure and how it could possibly sway the EU courts (which way?). Without knowledge of these things how does one come to a reasonable conclusion. Right now I prefer to rely on people like you and the information in your previous post... "Richard, The EU Patent Office is in Munich, Germany. I believe Rambus will prevail, if the EU Patent Office supports the patent filings. The EU Patent Office feels the claims, within the Rambus patents, are not easy to invalidate, technically. Thus, only the EU political structure, which is very weak, can attempt to sway the EU courts. Dick?
