I disagree with JW on SEBL. It has hit it's upper channel line which it has not past since March. I see SEBL going back down mid 80's. Taking in consideration the time of year, I can't see any catalyst driving SEBL higher near term. Warning, I was wrong about SEBL a couple of months ago.
