Lebed and Monas were/did planning on some kind of a "smokeout" on Wall Street at high noon (EST) to promote Havana Cigars. They were planning/did to set up some kind of stand on Wall Street to attract the suits going bye on their lunchbreaks. Giving away free cigars (and WWF action figures I am so sure). I cannot believe Lebed would have been 12 either at the time he was on SI. Must have been his father who maybe put the blame on his son when questioned by the cops. Afterall, I would think even in Jersey it would be difficult to imprison a juvenile. Un-believeable! Jane
