Sam:

I know you are negative overall.

Tonight my computer scans gave me a long list of short candidates, stocks from all sectors. Very very negative.

Out of all todays longs, TSG is the only one that still looks interesting to me. Shorts are still making the plays. But, tomorrow if everything goes down from the open the shorts may be hard to play. ESIO from todays short list now looks like it may make a long play.

A few other longs we'll watch include: ANEN, DG, ELN, ANN, RCL, OCA, JCI,PPE, DSGX, and HMA. Shorts: DELL, HYSL, NSTA, RNBO and MNMD.

However, we are still very cautious on the outlook and are still recommending what we call "lite" mode, meaning trading fewer shares (smaller lots)/cash, tighter stops, have a buffer before holding overnight.

Remember, this too will pass.

Good Trading!!
