Interviews with President and COO; btw- it's no time to sell a quality company, imho, when it's at it's annual low; it may very well be the time to buy. Too many people buy stocks near the top and sell at their lows; something which I still can never figure out. I do the opposite and accumulate after doing DD when stocks dip.

Last month examples employing a buy-low philosophy (remember I only buy what I consider fundamentally sound stocks):
ASYT at 18; went to 28+
LRCX (Lam Research) at 21; went to 30
FTRL at 3-3/4; went to 6+
LATD at $5+; went to 10+
