It's a stupid law. The prosecutor should have better things to do with his time and tax payers money. The only people the kid might have hurt are fools. You know the old saying, a fool and his money are soon parted .

Those fools would have lost their money very quickly in some other manner anyway.

We don't need protection from smart little kids who are not committing violent crimes. We need protection from grown ups who are using their powerful positions for personal gain at our expense.
