We can't comment on the billing process by SP's, but you shouldn't be too concerned from a shareholder's point of view. Globalstar LP sells minutes of use to the SPs on a wholesale basis. How the SPs in turn charge for them on a retail basis or whether they are even paid at all has no bearing on our wholesale transaction. In other words, GLP is paid for MOUs regardless of whether the SPs themselves are reimbursed or not. And it is these wholesale MOUs that are reported.
