Wayne, Ijust received a notice from the bankruptcy court stating that a motion was made by the chapter 7 trustee to be able to sell the remaining 78 million unissued shares of IPM for $ 20,000.00. This will end all of the assets of IPM. I don't know what they will do with these shares but i guess they will own the shell and if they use these shares for a new company then i guess all IPM shareholders will be a part of that company. It won't amount to much, about $ .25 per thousand according to what they paid for the shares. Paunch
