The entire telecom sector is weak. I think GBT has been hit primarily because it is small. However, it is in much better financial shape than most. For those with the patience to hold, buying GBT at these levels should work out well. Check out this post from Yahoo:

Interesting that few of the large holders reduced their position in GBT during the 2Q meltdown. Most added significant numbers of shares -- a net addition of over 2.4 million shares.

When the stock is cheap, the hyenas show up on the thread. It's a great time to buy.
