Hi Chopper, No i`m not in touch with them as much as i used to be, it is taking a new shape as far as the management structure is concerned ,as you have no doubt seen by the recent NR`s, there is also the meeting between the companies lawyers and those of Global securities next week for the final discovery hearing, the company is very optomistic as to the outcome, finance is still ongoing ,not fast enough though, it is going to be a long slog but in my opinion a worthwhile one. You just caught me at a good time ,after saturday i will not be about much, i`m going back down south to work and limited net access available, sorry i can`t be of more use ,hang in there i`m still long and staying regards john
