Sylvester,

If you read the Micron complaint, you will find Micron thinks that it should be able to recover its DDR development costs from RAMBUS. <LOL> It sounds like an oblique admission of its failures with DDR development.
Afterall, VIA dropped the Micron DDR chipset like a hot rock after looking at it.<G>

<<I'm just wondering "who's going to pay for all the R&D costs that have ballooned". These are no longer small. This has taken a lot longer than anyone first thought and a lot of extra work, from everyone. Who's going to pay for all that? How are they going to recover all these costs especially since they still don't have a product (which means even still more R&D costs ahead)?>>

That's why MU is sueing RMBS for DDR development cost.
LOL - Yeah, MU steal their technology - then can not even get it to work - more LOL

Then sue the company they stole it from for development costs. It's right in the lawsuit!
