Ramsey,

On strong selloffs, I prefer to watch for a firm bottom to form. Sometimes it forms a "V" shape rebound and then I will miss it, but it is more common for a relatively flat bottom to form first. After the first significant breakout rally, then buy the next pullback.

From the charts the 28-30 region looks like a good support area, and if that is broken then the 20 region.
