Ish, e-bill had asked the same question earlier. Check out this post, this will give you a clue. The problem for Bush/Cheney is they can't attack Gore on this issue as much as they would like to because of their own connections. Message 14374866 EDIT: May I add that oil prices are a legitimate election issue against Clinton/Gore, a very much defensible but some points could be scored off that by republicans. But their hands are tied due to past history of Bush family and present history of Cheney.
