Frontier bought ConferTech (a public teleconferencing pure play) in 1995 for approx 1.5 times revenues. Even assuming a tripling in multiple paid due to lower inflation and high growth doesn't get CPI to anywhere near $1 billion. They're revenues are running at what, $50 to $60 million annually?

$1 billion is pie in the sky.

How about Confertech ?

Not sure who bought them, but they were once a strong conferencing company, as was Darome (not sure if public).

<<edit>> issue addressed.
