Interesting how the property gets shuffled about.

I don't think that two companies are claiming to own the asset simultaneously, however.

Looks like Unicorp claimed it as a $10 M asset in its 10Q balance sheet for June 30, and as you say there was a transaction a few days later where CCCX apparently obtained it from some entity affiliated with Unicorp's chairman.

BTW, isn't Unicorp's symbol UNIC, rather than AXZP?

The $10 M asset is essentially the only thing on Unicorp's balance sheet. Otherwise there's little on its financial statements. Looks like a shell with one funny asset on the balance sheet.
