% of capacity depends on which PCS block they have. PCS carriers usually have a A B or C clock from the 95 auctions. I belive A & B blocks are around 25mhz and C clocks are 5mhz. CDMA PCS carriers are using the spectrum in 1.25 mhz blocks most are only up to 2.5 mhz in very dense large metropolitan areas. The prospect of subscriber growth is much better than AWE who is maxed out in capacity
